Law enforcement will be doing the job if money distribution becomes low in the county or a specific segment of people. The more u strengthen any rules the more u make money. Coming back to what happened to the girl, lets not spend the tax money to take care of those guys for giving safety and food. I guess we Indians have brain and heart to take quick decision. Time would dilute the density
